NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Pinnacle Construction Partners, LLC today announced that it has appointed construction veteran Josh Yoder as its new president and chief executive officer. This announcement comes after the retirement of Pinnacle’s former President and CEO Cordell Kidd.
As president and CEO, Yoder will work directly with Pinnacle owner Michael Carter to provide strategic direction and planning for the organization. Yoder will also lead the team of Pinnacle employees and contractors, manage business development efforts, oversee operational activities and financial processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Prior to joining the Pinnacle team, Yoder was a senior estimator at W.E. O’Neil Construction, a nationally ranked general contractor. He has also served as senior pre-construction project manager at Reeves Young, a fully-integrated construction company, and he served as pre-construction project manager at T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc.

Pinnacle has been included in some of Nashville’s largest capital projects, including most recently participating in the state-of-the-art Nashville SC Soccer Stadium. Pinnacle was also selected as the general contractor for Nashville SC’s practice facility in partnership with Moody Nolan.
Pinnacle relocated its company headquarters in 2023 to 240 Great Circle Road Suite 320 in Nashville, Tenn.
