Our Team Experiences

Nashville, TN. Program management in a Staff Augmentation role for the Metro Nashville/Davidson County School System. The program involved new construction, renovations and additions to over 25 schools, including elementary, middle and high schools, as well as school gymnasiums, playgrounds, and parking lots.

Nashville, TN. Program management from pre-design through construction for a second phase of capital improvements involving 59 projects.

Deferred Maintenance Program, Nashville, TN. Provided program management services for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools’ deferred maintenance program. Program involves $80 million in repairs and upgrades to 130 schools and includes, but is not limited to, heating and air conditioning repairs, ADA upgrades, roof repairs and fire safety upgrades.

a newly established 16,500 sf Kindergarten through Fourth Grade Charter School located in Metro Center. The facility contains seven perimeter classrooms and a multipurpose room used for physical education / dinning that surrounds a central core comprised of toilet facilities, a teacher’s lounge, a conference room, offices, support, and storage spaces.

Pinnacle Construction Partners completed the renovation of a charter school. Pinnacle managed and constructed the charter school from start to finish.  The project consisted of the renovation of an existing one-story building. Pinnacle was able to exceed expectations by completing the project within thirty days after the notice to proceed.

The JRLA is an innovative charter high school helping prepare students for graduation from high school and subsequently college.  In a partnership with the University of Detroit Mercy, the JRLA is utilizing an early college model to help assure the students succeed.  Pinnacle is managing the project from start to finish including the site selection, consultant selection, contractor selection and successful implementation of all phases of this exciting project.

Pinnacle Construction Partners provided management services with the Orleans Parish School Board for its capital improvement program.  Pinnacle oversaw the program including construction project management, design management, field inspection, budget management, quality assurance, and community outreach.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina devastation, most schools operated by the OPSB and the Recovery School District, currently are parts of a citywide master plan, involving FEMA, federal and state dollars to rebuild schools which have sustained above a 51 percent damage assessment. New designs to rebuild OPSB schools will encompass using national standards and upgrades currently used by benchmark school districts across the nation.
