Our Team Experiences

Purchased by Lincoln Educational Services, the college decided to make several improvements to its campus with the long term vision of an entirely revamped campus to accommodate its recent growth.  Pinnacle was selected because of our commitment to educational projects and our commitment to professional construction management.  Pinnacle will be constructing several improvements on the campus.  Some of the projects have included constructing facilities to house a transmission dyno, adding classroom space in existing and occupied buildings, and to improve campus security.

Pinnacle, in association with another construction manager, provided full scope Construction Management services for Middle Tennessee State University’s Student Union.

The Student Union is a new free standing building located on the site previously used for open intramural sports activities.   The building is approximately 104,000sf.  Pinnacle was an integral part of the management team; providing the project executive and a deputy project manager.

The modern feel design acts as a “central place” to draw students and faculty together in a central location.  It includes a new restaurant, expanded food court area, a variety of student lounge spaces, bookstore, student government/organizational offices with work space, retail spaces, banquet/meeting spaces, student program offices and a student involvement/leadership center.

This project was a renovation of the university bookstore including removal of non-load bearing walls, new floor coverings and ceilings, updating fixtures and additional cooling.  This was done as a part of their agreement with Barnes and Noble to manage their bookstore.

This project was a completion of the Student Activity Complex by constructing a multi-use retail facility to house the bookstore and other student, faculty, and staff oriented service functions.
