As a Construction Manager At Risk, Pinnacle applies a contractor’s perspective and input to planning and design decisions and has the ability to fast track early components of construction. This delivery method allows Pinnacle to become a member of a collaborative project team early in the design process—thus reducing risk for the client, the A/E firm, the CM, and subcontractors. Working as a team in this type approach provides our clients with the knowledge to support the design phase and improves the purchasing and construction phases. Pinnacle provides construction management at risk services to clients in all markets including education, government, justice, and commercial industries. As a construction Manager At Risk Pinnacle provides a bonded guaranteed maximum price and holds all sub-contracts. Some of our construction management at risk clients include the Nashville Auto Diesel College, Lincoln Educational Services, Metro Nashville, and HCA.

Pinnacle’s Program Management services encompass more than just design management or construction management alone. As Program Manager, Pinnacle oversees multiple project managers that are executing various aspects of a building program. Program Management capabilities aggregate our experience, resources and expertise in planning, engineering and management. Pinnacle manages a building program through all phases of construction from pre-planning, budgeting and scheduling through design, bid and award, construction and move-in. Our approach gives full disclosure and involvement to the owner as well as full information to the public as determined by the owner. Some of our program management clients include the State of Tennessee, Father Ryan High School, and the Orleans Parish School Board.

Pinnacle Construction Partners, LLC provides construction cost estimating. Pinnacle is equipped to prepare estimates and/or verify proposed construction costs at various stages throughout the construction process for projects. By identifying and analyzing the project’s scope, time, cost, quality, and performance, Pinnacle develops an accurate assessment of how the construction process is unfolding over the course of the project.

Pinnacle’s Design Build services encompass more than just design management or construction management alone. As Design Builder, Pinnacle oversees the entire project managing the entire project with one single point of responsibility. Design Build capabilities aggregate our experience, resources and expertise in planning, engineering and management. Pinnacle manages a building program through all phases of construction from pre-planning, budgeting and scheduling through design, bid and award, construction and move-in. Our approach gives full disclosure and involvement to the owner as well as full information to the public as determined by the owner. Our experience in due diligence, scope development, project costing, design development in addition to our construction expertise allows us to provide a one-stop shop for cradle to grave project services.
